• You understand that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, and production processes.

We reserve the right to refuse designs that are unlawful, offensive, inappropriate, or appear to infringe intellectual property rights.

Customer-Supplied Items

Customer-supplied garments or other items are accepted with the understanding that customization processes may involve heat, pressure, adhesives, or other treatments that can affect the item.

Although reasonable care will be taken, Devine Custom Apparel LLC cannot guarantee customer-supplied items against damage, staining, misprints, material reactions, or other production-related issues. Customer-supplied items that are damaged during customization will not be replaced or reimbursed for their original value.

Customers may be required to acknowledge these terms before customer-supplied items are accepted for customization.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Devine Custom Apparel LLC does not store full credit card information.

Production will not begin until required payment or deposit has been received.

4. Order Approval

For custom items requiring a design proof or mockup:

• Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing spelling, sizing, colors, placement, quantities, and other order details before approval.
• Once a design is approved and production begins, Devine Custom Apparel LLC is not responsible for errors that were present in and approved on the proof.

5. Processing & Production Time

Standard processing time is typically 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing time does not include shipping or carrier transit time.

Production times may vary based on order size, product availability, customization requirements, and seasonal demand. Bulk or specialty orders may require additional time.

6. Shipping

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Devine Custom Apparel LLC is not responsible for carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

7. Rush Orders

Rush production may be available upon request and must be approved by Devine Custom Apparel LLC before payment.

• Additional rush fees may apply and are non-refundable once rush production begins.
• Rush production shortens processing time only and does not guarantee carrier delivery speed.
• Once a rush order is confirmed and production begins, it cannot be canceled or modified.

We reserve the right to decline rush requests based on availability, order complexity, or production volume.

8. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Because many Devine Custom Apparel LLC products are personalized or made to order, refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact Devine Custom Apparel LLC directly regarding an order concern before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through their payment provider or financial institution.

We reserve the right to provide relevant documentation—including order details, design approvals, production records, shipping confirmation, and tracking information—in response to a payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

10. Copyright & Trademark Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right or permission to use logos, images, phrases, designs, or artwork submitted for customization.

By submitting content, you represent that you either own the applicable rights or have permission from the rights holder to use the content.

Devine Custom Apparel LLC reserves the right to refuse designs that appear to violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

11. Bulk & Group Orders

Bulk or group orders for schools, businesses, churches, organizations, events, and similar groups may require a deposit and additional production time.

Final quantities, sizes, colors, designs, and other order details must be confirmed before production begins.

Once bulk production begins, changes may not be possible. Required deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or production has begun.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Devine Custom Apparel LLC is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, carrier delays, or errors resulting from information or artwork supplied or approved by the customer.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
